You know a hookup website is fraudulent when…

Usually, most websites on the Internet are as advertised. What I mean by this is if you go to a website that claims to sell lady’s shoes, chances are they do sell lady’s shoes. You’re sure you’re not much rigger room. In many cases, the actual domain or the layout of the website and all other small details all present a picture of a particular set of products and services. You then do business with the website and guess what? Nine times out of ten you get that range of products and services. So far, so good, right?

Well, this situation actually breaks down when it comes to a particular subset of website called dating sites. The sad reality is that there are lots of dating sites out there that are out and out frauds. I wish it was otherwise. I wish I could tell you that all these websites are run by people with high levels of integrity with no intent of cheating people. Unfortunately, I would be lying to you if I were to say that.

The sad reality is that there are too many hook up website companies that are engineered around a specific business plan. The business plan is to suck up as much money from the unfortunate people that find themselves on those websites. If you don’t want to join the huge number of people who are victimized by these websites, listen up. You have to figure out whether a website is fraudulent very quickly. Pay attention to the following:

It’s almost impossible to get laid

The number one thing you need to look for is impossibility. If it’s very obvious that there is no way that you will ever get laid from this website then it’s probably fake. I know this may seem pretty straightforward, but a lot of guys simply don’t get this.

They look like girls, but don’t talk like girls

Another dead giveaway is when you actually strike a conversation with some good-looking profiles and something seems off – maybe the grammar is horrendous, maybe the topics being discussed then to jump from subject to subject, maybe there are distinct breaks in quality. Whatever the case is, something is off. Well, follow your intuition. If something seems wrong, you’re probably not talking to a real girl. At worst, you’re talking to a guy and at best, you’re talking to software. Neither of these situations are good. By simply paying attention to these two factors, you can decrease the likelihood of you getting fleeced.
